GOAL OF THIS PRESENTATION
To be able to provide context to the voter participation in the March 1, 2016 election, voter turnout must be view in comparison to what has taken place in previous similar elections.
The charts in this presentation are based on government records which are subject to public inspection.
The information is not based on exit polls. It reflects the results produced by election results.
The percentages provided regarding each age group are not based on a response to a question. The percentages are based on real and concrete behavior manifested via ballots cast by a specific cluster of voters.
Any calculation errors are the sole products of the author, Hector de Leon, and not the official election records.
