The HECTORDELEON PERSPECTIVE is a private Think Tank style web journal that endeavors to chart the diverse American experience, from culture to politics.

PERSPECTIVE’s endeavors to produce quantitative research that places context to voter participation. The charts and tables in Perspective are based on U.S. Census Bureau demographic information, official voter registration rolls and election records. PERSPECTIVE also offers essays meant to introduce new narratives to the public domain. In all, PERSPECTIVE objective is to provoke and inspire the masses and policymakers.
