The attached Excel File includes three spreadsheets with the precinct by precinct November 8, 2022 election results in Harris County for selected contests. One spreadsheet provides the precinct by precinct election results for Texas Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Harris County Judge, Harris County District Clerk, Harris County Clerk, and Harris County Treasurer. The second provides the precinct by precinct election results for the 15 Harris County Criminal Courts. The third spreadsheet provides the precinct by precinct results for the four Harris County Civil Courts. And, the last spreadsheet provides the precinct by precinct results for the four Harris County Probate Courts.
The provided precinct by precinct excel format landscape was created by extracting the information for each included contest from the Harris County November 8, 2022 Election Official Canvass Report posted as a PDF on the Harris County Election Administrator’s website. The Excel landscape is provided to make it easy to compare and analyze results and to enable seeing the single most important factor that impacts the margin of victory and outcomes in an election. The UNDERVOTE, i.e. the number of voters who cast ballots in contests appearing at the top of the ballot but choose not to participate in contests at the bottom of the ballot.
The ultimate goal is stop or at minimum mitigate narratives about the voting process generated by people whose understanding of the electoral process is based on their imagination and/or machinations.

There are 1165 voting precincts in Harris County, 1101 have at least one registered voters.
About Precincts won by Democratic Party affiliated Gubernatorial Candidate.
-The Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate won 759 precincts by a 69% to 31%.
-In precincts won by O’ROURKE, there were 625,705 total voters out of 1,601,275 registered voted.
-The voter turnout in the voting precincts won be the Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate was 39%.
About Precincts won by Republican Party affiliated Gubernatorial Candidate.
-The Republican gubernatorial candidate won 333 voting precincts by 63% to 37%.
-Precincts won by Republican Gubernatorial candidate totaled 480,317 voters out of 937,664 registered.
-The voter turnout in the voting precincts won be the Republican Party gubernatorial candidate was 51%.
OVERALL
Despite a lower voter turnout in precincts won by O’Rourke, 57% of the voters casting ballots in the 2022 Harris County Midterm election resided in precincts won by the Democratic gubernatorial candidate.
That is, the Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate won 70% of the voting precincts that had at least one registered voter.
The data suggests that all electoral variables favor Democratic Party affiliated candidates. And that, if more voters would have participated in the November 8, 2022 election, the margin of victory for Democrats would have been greater.
